Productivity is all about maximising your revenue for minimum effort. This requires the effective use of limited resources of time and money. In this lesson, I introduce the ideas of time for ‘winning the work’, ‘doing the work’, and ‘admin’. For coaches, consultants and freelancers, revenue is predominantly based on being paid for the time spent on delivering a service.
Unless you have a product associated with your service, it is difficult to leverage your expertise as time is finite. Allocating your time effectively is therefore critical to running a successful business.
